Unpopular opinion probably but…
It’s starting to get on my tits a bit how obsessed with marriage Glee is.
I know it’s a huuuuge issue especially in America but I just feel like the whole overwhelming message is basically a conservative marry someone and settle down if you wanna be happy schtick. I want everyone to be completely equal before the law, but sometimes I feel like the bigger picture gets a bit lost in the happy-ever-after soapboxing.
But then putting my realistic hat back on, it’s a show on Fox about a teenage show choir in Ohio so I probably shouldn’t be surprised huh
Santana gets Blaine a job when he gets to New York as a bartender. They look out for one another, both at work and after, having moved out of the Hummelberry loft in Bushwick and into their own apartment.
And yes, Blaine makes more tips. He’s constantly his charming, dapper self and the tourist girls who have watched Coyote Ugly one too many times think he’s cute.
me when something happens on glee that doesn’t make me want to die
No words will do justice to the amount that I love this.

❝With Glee, for example, Murphy came into a recent meeting and declared, “I’m obsessed with ‘At the Ballet’ from A Chorus Line, and I want Sarah Jessica Parker to sing it during some kind of blackout, where the kids get back to basics.” Then it was up to the writing staff to figure out how to make that work. Sometimes Murphy’s plot instructions are a little more esoteric; he’s been known to come into a room and say things like, “I’m obsessed with the color orange right now. Figure out a way we can do a tribute to orange.❞
